Takumi: the most accurate mode, for mastering
匠モード。マスタリングのための、最高精度のEQ
Takumi mode runs two EQs at the same time: one built for cutting, one built for boosting. Surgical where you cut, musical where you lift. A cut takes nothing with it: the band you aimed at disappears quietly, while the attack of a kick or a snare stays intact. The mud goes, the punch stays.
A boost blends into what sits on either side of it. Weight settles into the low end, the mids stay full, the top opens up. Nothing sounds handled, the music simply moves forward. Work in MIN, NAT or LIN day to day, and save Takumi for the last pass on a master.
匠モードをすることで、周りの音を巻き添えにせず、狙った帯域だけを削ることが可能。キックやスネアの立ち上がりはそのままに、パンチを削がず、濁りだけを取り除きます。ブーストすれば、低域に芯が宿り、中域は太く、高域は華やかに広がります。
ふだんはミニマルフェーズ、ナチュラルフェーズ、リニアフェーズで軽やかに。マスターの最後のひと詰めには、特別な匠モードをお使いください。

A tube equalizer born in the 1950s and still loved in studios all over the world: Pultec. Used together with Takumi EQ, the broad tone shaping happens on the Pultec and the fine work on the EQ, all inside a single plugin.
1950年代に生まれた、世界中のスタジオで愛され続ける真空管イコライザー、Pultec。Takumi EQと併用することで、大きな音作りはPultecで、細かい仕上げはEQでといった調整を一つのプラグインだけで行うことができるようになりました。

Adding a multiband saturator to a high-performance EQ opens up finer, more flexible tone shaping. Six textures from clean to edge, three depth settings, and Dry/Wet to decide how much you blend in.
