Okina Audio is operated by Studio Okina (operator: Issey Kakuuchi). This page explains what we collect through this site, why we collect it, and how you can opt out at any time.

What we collect
収集する情報
The only personal information we collect is the email address you enter in the signup form. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your address with third parties.
収集する個人情報は、登録フォームに入力されたメールアドレスのみです。広告目的のトラッカーは使用しておらず、メールアドレスを第三者に販売・共有することもありません。
How we use it
利用目的
We use your address to send the free plugin collection page, release announcements for new tools, and occasional music production tips. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
メールアドレスは、無料プラグイン一覧ページのご案内、新作リリースの告知、音楽制作TIPSの配信のために利用します。すべてのメールに配信停止リンクが含まれています。
Where it is stored
保管と委託
Email delivery and list management use Sendy, which we install and manage in a hosting environment provided by ConoHa WING (GMO Internet Group). Amazon SES (Amazon Web Services, Tokyo Region) provides the email delivery infrastructure under the AWS data processing terms. ConoHa and AWS are both service providers that process data on our behalf. Your address is stored in the Sendy database in that hosting environment. We may also keep a private backup copy for continuity.
メールの配信とリスト管理には、ConoHa WING（GMOインターネットグループ）のホスティング環境に当方が設置・管理するSendyを使用しています。送信基盤にはAmazon SES（Amazon Web Services・東京リージョン）を利用し、AWSのデータ処理条項が適用されます。ConoHaとAWSはいずれも、当方に代わってデータを取り扱う委託先です。メールアドレスは、このホスティング環境上のSendyのデータベースに保管されます。運営の継続性のため、非公開のバックアップを保持する場合があります。
Consent and double opt-in
同意とダブルオプトイン
Signing up on this site is your consent to receive the emails described above. We use double opt-in: your subscription only starts after you click the link in the confirmation email, and the date of that confirmation is recorded.
当サイトでの登録は、上記のメールをお受け取りいただくことへの同意となります。登録はダブルオプトイン方式で、確認メール内のリンクをクリックした時点で完了し、その日時が記録されます。
Unsubscribe and deletion
配信停止と削除
You can unsubscribe from the link in any email. If you would like your address deleted entirely, email us and we will remove it from our database and private backup.
配信停止は、各メール内のリンクからいつでも行えます。メールアドレスの完全な削除をご希望の場合はご連絡ください。自社サーバー上のデータベースと非公開のバックアップから削除します。
